Create Your Own Class:
doodlebug can provide a great teacher and location for the class of your dreams. If you and some of your friends would like to arrange private classes, please let us know and we'll work with you to develop the curriculum and schedule that works best for all. We can arrange a series of classes or just a one-time introduction or refresher course. Remember, doodlebug isn't just for children, we have students ranging in age from 2 to, well, we haven't really asked.
This is a great option for home-schoolers or other students seeking an "independent study" option. It also makes for a great gathering of friends, co-workers or Mom's (and Dad's)-who-need-a-break! Past classes have included Introduction to the pottery wheel, Sculpture, Sewing basic home decor items, Pattern-making, Knitting, Felting, Embellishing/Re-making Clothing, Decoupage, Journal and book-making, Mixed-media collage, Drawing, Watercolor, and Making jewelry with buttons & beads. There are countless other options, so get in touch and let's start brain-storming! Prices depend upon the time and material requirements as well as the number of students involved and are very competitive/reasonable!
